These Terms of Use apply to the Site only. If you engage Fix It People for services, your project is governed by our Service Agreement, which you will receive and sign separately.

Fix It People LLC is a Chicago-based handyman and home repair company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Chicago area. We use this Site to provide information about our services, accept service requests, and communicate with clients.

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or communication channel on the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without our express written permission
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems
  • Impersonate Fix It People or any of our team members

You may submit service requests through the Site. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All projects are subject to our availability, scope review, and a signed Service Agreement.

If you are an active client, you may access your project information, quotes, invoices, and payment history through the Jobber Client Portal. Access to the Client Portal is provided by Jobber, a third-party platform. Your use of the Client Portal is also subject to Jobber’s own terms and privacy policy.

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, project photos, and design elements — is the property of Fix It People LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link) is permitted.

The Fix It People name, logo, and brand elements are proprietary. Nothing on this Site grants you a license to use our trademarks or brand assets.

Fix It People may display before-and-after project photos on this Site and on our social media channels. Photos taken by our team on client properties do not include identifying information such as names or addresses.

If you submit photos to support a service request, those images may also be used for documentation and marketing purposes. If you prefer your photos not be used publicly, please notify us in writing before your project begins.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Jobber’s Client Portal, Wisetack financing, and review platforms such as Google and Yelp. These links are provided for your convenience.

Fix It People does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Clicking a third-party link means you are leaving our Site and are subject to that site’s own policies.
